Tess Beemer's paintings feature local Vermont architecture, as well as native plant life and trees. "I have lived in the Montgomery area since the 60's and traveled to many other places. This last spring, I was thinking about putting in the garden --and am still thinking about it. I have done many landscapes of the mountain area and local scenes. Recently, it's more of an abstracted sketch. "Welcome to the Artist In Residence Co-op Blog Spot. We are a collective art gallery in Enosburg, Vermont that exhibits the work of over 40 local Vermont artists. Each month, a group of our members are selected as featured artists to showcase in the gallery foyer. This blog is an additional space to feature and discuss these artists and their work.
