Nancy Hayden is an artist, writer, organic farmer and engineering professor living in northern Vermont with degrees in English, Studio Art, Biology and Engineering. Last year, she did a residency at the Vermont Studio Center focusing on sculpture and altered art. She enjoys mixing visual and written work and has a short story collection (Barn Stories) which was inspired by her farming experiences.
