Art teacher at Richford Jr./Sr. High School, Pas has been involved with the gallery since the beginning. He studied in both America and England and now works primarily in oils. The new work uses ideas, songs, stories and memories of people and place to create paintings that we might feel but not necessarily see. As he sees it, "It's a new approach for me. One that I've been trying to get at for years. I want to use personal and collective memories of small town America as a springboard for talking about our lives."Welcome to the Artist In Residence Co-op Blog Spot. We are a collective art gallery in Enosburg, Vermont that exhibits the work of over 40 local Vermont artists. Each month, a group of our members are selected as featured artists to showcase in the gallery foyer. This blog is an additional space to feature and discuss these artists and their work.
